Our role
Elena led the spa as Spa Director during its corporate management, from pre-opening and opening through positioning and ongoing evolution: comprehensive program development, team training and commercial strategies that consistently achieved the financial targets, plus digital content and tailored experiences for incentive groups, weddings and a highly successful local clientele program.
During her management, the spa became a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star spa.
We are proud to work in collaboration with ESPA.
