I’m Elena Gracheva, an international spa and wellness strategist. My work is about creating emotionally immersive wellness destinations — places that combine elevated luxury experiences with operational excellence and strong commercial performance.
Over more than 25 years across Mexico, the Caribbean, the United States and Europe, I have led the development, opening, repositioning and optimization of luxury spas, wellness resorts, beauty concepts and transformative hospitality experiences — for internationally recognized brands and independent luxury developments alike.
My connection to wellness started early, in Russia, with hands-on work in the spa and beauty industry. Before moving into international hospitality and wellness consulting, I owned and operated my own spa and beauty salon, and advised on the opening and development of beauty, wellness and health-related businesses.
That owner’s perspective still guides how I work with you: the guest experience has to be beautiful, and the business behind it has to work.
